Coming into their June 15 game, crosstown rivals Hamilton Post 31 and Broad Street Park Post 313 each had one loss and a chance to get a leg up in the standings.
The July 7 game between Nottingham Little League and Robbinsville Little League at the East Windsor Little League field had stellar pitching, solid defense and limited offense — the recipe for a hard-fought battle that could have ended in either team’s favor.
