Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes visited the Trenton Farmers Market in Lawrence July 15 to help distribute $20 in fresh produce vouchers to senior citizens. The Farmers Market program was developed by Mercer County to provide low-income seniors with vouchers they can use to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables grown by New Jersey farmers.
