Burglary – East State Street, 1900 Block; a business; reported 5:05 am. The victim reported unknown suspects stole $700 overnight. The point of entry was determined to be a broken glass front door.
Criminal Mischief – Holt Circle; reported 7:43 am. The victim reported the front window of their residence, along with the front driver side window of their automobile, were broken overnight.
Disturbance – Reeves Avenue, 200 Block; reported 5:36 pm. Officers arrested Anthony Mancuso, 19, of Hamilton, on warrants from Seaside Heights, Manchester, East Windsor, Ewing and Jacobstown.
Burglary to Automobile – Genesee Street, 1400 Block; reported 5:45 pm. The victim reported their automobile was entered through an already broken window secured by a garbage bag. The interior of the automobile was ransacked, but no proceeds were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Argonne Avenue; reported 5:53 pm. The victim reported two of their automobiles were burglarized at an unknown time. The insurance and registration cards were reported stolen from both automobiles.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Hamilton Avenue/Kuser Road; occurred 10:54 am. Officers arrested Robert Y. Clausen, 20, of Hamilton, on a Trenton warrant.
Theft – Norman Court, 200 Block; reported 12:50 pm. The victim reported the theft of a digital camera and a PSP.
November 13
Attempts – Hamilton Avenue, 1600 Block; reported 7:45 am. The victim reported unknown persons attempted to gain entry to their residence through a rear window.
Criminal Mischief – Katie Way; reported 11:05 am. The victim reported damage to the driver side mirror on two of their automobiles.
Criminal Mischief – Valerie Lane; reported 1:01 pm. The victim reported their mailbox post was broken overnight.
Kinter Avenue, 2000 Block; reported 8:24 pm. The victim reported the driver side mirror of their automobile was broken off its mount overnight.
Suspicious Person – Austin Avenue/Tuttle Avenue; reported 9:24 am. Officers arrested Jonquil L. Council, 23, of Hamilton. Council was wanted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and the Cobb County, Georgia Sheriff’s Office, as well as on a Trenton warrant.
Suspicious Vehicle – Liberty Street/Chambers Street; reported 6:43 pm. Officers arrested Edgar Montiel, 27, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant.
Theft – Marketplace Boulevard, 700 Block; a business; reported 9:12 pm. The victim reported the theft of a purse containing three credit cards and a driver’s license. The purse was valued at $25.
November 12
Burglary – South Broad Street, 2600 Block; a business; reported 3:29 am. The point of entry was determined to be a side glass door. No proceeds were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Norway Avenue, 800 Block; reported 11:07 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight, but no proceeds were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Miller Avenue, 400 Block; reported 5:34 pm. The victim reported a knife, a Garmin GPS unit, a backpack and a math book were stolen from their burglarized automobile. The estimated value of the proceeds is $640.
DWI – Route 33/Yardville-Hamilton Square Road; occurred 12:50 am. Officers arrested Patrick D. Shumate, 59, of Hamilton.
Graffiti – Newkirk Avenue; Kuser School; reported 7:46 am. The calling person reported a sea container, dumpsters and playground equipment were vandalized overnight with spray paint.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Greenwood Avenue/Woodlawn Avenue; occurred 11:16 am. Officers arrested Kevin L. Boykin, Sr., 40, of Trenton, on a Ewing warrant. Officers also arrested Alice M. Colston, 39, of Hamilton, on Lawrence and Trenton warrants.
Theft – Marketplace Boulevard, 100 Block; a business; reported 11:18 am. The victim reported the theft of a Coach wallet containing: two credit cards, a driver’s license and $60.
Theft – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; A.J. Wright; reported 4:50 pm. The victim reported the theft of a cell phone. Officers later arrested Jeremy Spillman, 22, of Trenton. Spillman was charged with hindering.
November 11
Burglary to Automobile – Hamilton Avenue, 1700 Block; reported 6:09 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. The inside was ransacked and loose change was reported stolen.
Criminal Mischief – Hartley Avenue; reported 8:58 am. The victim reported their mailbox was dented overnight.
Criminal Mischief – Kuser Road, 2600 Block; Crockett School; reported 10:42 am. The calling person reported a garbage can in a restroom was set on fire.
Attempts – Cynthia Way, 100 Block; reported 11:49 am. The victim reported two unknown males wearing hooded sweatshirts attempted to break into the rear of the residence.
Burglary to Automobile – Miller Avenue, 400 Block; reported 5:15 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. The victim’s automobile insurance card and registration card were reported stolen.
Motor Vehicle Stop – South Broad Street/Pilgrim Way; occurred 9:21 am. Officers arrested Luz Rodriguez, 46, of Trenton. Rodriguez was wanted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Lalor Street/Julia Avenue; occurred 12:07 pm. Officers arrested Lester T. Rice, Jr., 25, of Trenton, on a Shamong Township warrant.
Theft – Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road, 900 Block; Grice School; reported 3:39 pm. The victim reported the theft of a Samsung Moment cell phone.
November 10
Burglary to Automobile – Fetter Avenue, 300 Block; reported 10:36 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. A Tom Tom GPS unit and CDs were reported stolen.
Suspicious Person – Woodlawn Avenue/Walnut Avenue; reported 8:28 am. Officers arrested Kevin Williams, 27, on a Trenton warrant.
Graffiti – Kuser Road, 2200 Block; Veteran’s Park South; reported 9:19 am. The calling person reported the hockey rink, senior pavilion, skate park and skate park office were damaged overnight.
Motor Vehicle Stop – South Broad Street/East Park Avenue; occurred 2:36 pm. Officers arrested Frank J. Messine, 33, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant and for possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute within a school zone and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Robbery – Klockner Road, 1800 Block; a business; reported 2:57 pm. The victim reported a black male, 25-30 years old, 6’ and 200 pounds, wearing a navy colored wool pea coat and baggy blue jeans and armed with a black handgun, fled the business towards a nearby parking lot with undisclosed proceeds.
Theft – Sherwood Avenue, 100 Block; reported 1:44 pm. The victim reported they were scammed out of $100,000 through a phony overseas business venture.
Theft – Axford Road; reported 1:47 pm. The victim reported they were scammed out of $18,000 through a phony Jamaican lottery.
November 9
Burglary to Automobile – Beal Street, 100 Block; reported 9:13 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. $5 in loose change was reported stolen.
Burglary – Hunt Avenue, 700 Block; reported 9:53 am. The victim reported unknown suspects stole a Panasonic 46” TV from their residence within the past few minutes. Point of entry was determined to be a broken window and front and rear doors.
Burglary to Automobile – Mason Avenue; reported 10:46 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. Two DVD players and 40 children’s movies were reported stolen. The proceeds were valued at $485.
Attempt Automobile Theft – South Olden Avenue, 1100 Block; a business; reported 12:28 pm. The calling person reported an automobile on the lot was entered via a broken rear window. No proceeds were reported stolen but damage was found to the steering column.
Burglary to Automobile – Newkirk Avenue, 400 Block; reported 4:42 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight and an AT&T cell phone was reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Livingston Drive; reported 9:35 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered over the weekend. A Tom Tom GPS unit, valued at $80, was stolen.
Suspicious Person – Hamilton Avenue/Pope Avenue; reported 11:32 am. Officers arrested William J. White, 34, of Hamilton, on Ewing warrants.
Theft – Rosewood Terrace; reported 2:30 pm. The victim reported $800 of fraudulent charges on their credit card.
November 8
Burglary to Automobile – Whitehead Road, 200 Block; reported 5:11 am. The victim reported the windshield and front passenger side window of their automobile were broken overnight. A black Apple iPod, valued at $200, was reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – South Olden Avenue, 1300 Block; reported 8:03 am. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized overnight. A purse was reported stolen. The purse was later recovered by Hamilton Police. In a second incident on the 1300 Block of South Olden Avenue, reported at 8:27 am, the victim reported unknown suspects attempted to gain entry to their automobile overnight.
Criminal Mischief – Nottingham Way, 3300 Block; Sayen School; reported 8:19 am. The calling person reported a window was broken on the school building over the weekend and another window and a dumpster were vandalized with a red marker.
Burglary – Estates Boulevard, 100 Block; reported 10:24 am. The victim reported within the past hour their residence was entered. Point of entry was determined to be the front door. $840 in checks and $320 worth of jewelry were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Marketplace Boulevard, 900 Block; a business; reported 7:23 pm. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized while shopping and a brown bi-fold wallet, containing assorted identification and credit cards was stolen.
Disturbance – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; Wendy’s; reported 10:24 am. Officers arrested Robert Cragg, 50, of Hamilton, on disorderly conduct charges.
Shoplifter – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 11:02 am. Officers arrested Terrance Ridley, 40, of Hamilton, on warrants from Trenton, Ewing and Carteret.
Robbery – Connecticut Avenue, 300 Block; reported 9:16 pm. The victim reported they were robbed at gunpoint of their cell phone. The suspects were described as one white male and one male of unknown race, wearing masks, black hooded sweatshirts and dark jeans.
November 7
Burglary – Liberty Street, 2400 Block; reported 9:43 am. The victim reported unknown suspects entered their residence through a rear kitchen window, but no proceeds were reported stolen.
Criminal Mischief – Overlook Avenue, 100 Block; reported 11:54 am. The victim reported nails were placed in front of and behind the tires on their automobile in a manner that would result in the tires becoming punctured if moved.
Disturbance – Limewood Drive; reported 7:05 pm. Officers arrested Susan Rooney, 62, on charges of obstruction and resisting arrest.
Suspicious Person – Woodlawn Avenue/Greenwood Avenue; reported 1:12 am. Officers arrested Stephen Doe, 24, of Trenton, on a Bordentown warrant.
Theft – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1300 Block; a business; reported 5:11 pm. The victim reported a HP laptop, a pair of pants, a pair of shoes, a cell phone and $14 were stolen from a backpack.
Theft – Estates Boulevard, 1000 Block; reported 7:52 pm. The victim reported a brown-lettered Mongoose 20” bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen within the past four hours.
November 6
Disturbance – Nottingham Way, 2600 Block; Bill’s Olde Tavern; reported 12:41 am. Officers arrested Anthony D. Gilardi, 23, of Lawrenceville, on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing justice and resisting arrest.
Criminal Mischief – Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road, 2400 Block; a business; reported 8:33 am. The victim reported unknown person(s) vandalized a smoker station and a rear porch light overnight.
Burglary to Automobile – Loomis Avenue; reported 11:28 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight and $1,015 worth of assorted items was reported stolen.
Criminal Mischief – Estates Boulevard, 100 Block; reported 11:57 am. The victim reported the driver side tires of their automobile were slashed overnight.
Criminal Mischief – Route 130, 500 Block; a business; reported 12:10 pm. The victim reported unknown suspects caused interior damage to the building by spraying several fire extinguishers.
Burglary – South Broad Street, 1800 Block; reported 2:58 pm. The victim reported a Compaq laptop, valued at $800, an Epson printer, valued at $300, a Pioneer DVD player, valued at $100, a paper shredder, assorted women’s jewelry and three $2 bills were stolen from their apartment over the past five days. The point of entry was determined to be a pushed in air conditioning unit.
Burglary to Automobile – Woolsey Street, 400 Block; Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery; reported 3:11 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered and their purse, containing car keys, a cell phone and a lady’s wallet, was reported stolen.
November 5
Criminal Mischief – Carlisle Avenue, 100 Block; reported 1:26 pm. The victim reported an unknown suspect put sugar or water in the gas tank of their automobile, causing approximately $800 in damage.
Burglary to Automobile – Welland Road; reported 2:51 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered and a Garmin GPS unit and an Apple iPod were reported stolen. The total value of the proceeds is $350.
Criminal Mischief – Paxson Avenue; reported 4:57 pm. The victim reported the driver side rear window of their automobile was broken overnight.
Graffiti – Finley Avenue/Holmes Avenue; reported 12:14 am. The calling person reported two white males wearing black clothing vandalized traffic signs with markers.
Suspicious Person – Greenwood Avenue/Johnston Avenue; reported 11:13 am. Officers arrested Keith Belmont, 20, of Hamilton, on a Hamilton warrant.
Robbery – Adella Avenue/East State Street; reported 3:55 pm. The victim reported they were robbed at gunpoint by a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black ski mask and light colored baggy jeans. The suspect fled with an undisclosed sum of cash.
Theft – Cumberland Road; reported 4:16 pm. The victim reported a fraudulent transaction drawn on a bank account.
Theft – Churchill Avenue; reported 4:56 pm. The victim reported a headlight lens, valued at $70, was stolen from their automobile at an unknown time.
November 4
Burglary to Automobile – Wesleyan Drive; reported 6:17 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was entered overnight. An iPod Classic, valued at $300, Rayban prescription sunglasses, valued at $400, and a bottle of Nautica cologne, valued at $30, were reported stolen.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 400 Block; Kohl’s; reported 10:42 am. Officers arrested Deanna Myers, 21, of Browns Mills.
Suspicious Person – Arena Drive, 900 Block; 7-11; reported 9:17 pm. Officers arrested James A. Barnes, 38, of Hamilton, on a Hamilton warrant and for possession of CDS and paraphernalia.
Suspicious Person – Massachusetts Avenue/Dead End; reported 9:39 pm. Officers arrested David A. Armstrong, 54, of Hamilton, on a Ridgefield Boro warrant.
Robbery – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 9:49 pm. Officers arrested Fred William Wolf, Jr., 48, of Hamilton.
Theft of Automobile – Park Avenue, 100 Block; reported 4:59 am. The victim reported their work van, a red 2005 Ford 350, with the keys was stolen at an unknown time. The automobile was later recovered by Hamilton Police.
Theft of Automobile – Lincoln Court; reported 10:18 am. The victim reported the theft of a 1997 red Nissan Maxima. The automobile was later recovered by Trenton Police with front end damage.
Theft – Allen Street, 100 Block; reported 5:23 pm. The victim reported the theft of a debit card and subsequent fraudulent transactions totaling $527.99.
November 3
Criminal Mischief – Sloan Avenue, 800 Block; Hamilton Transit Complex; reported 4:10 am. The victim reported two scratches to the rear of their automobile.
Criminal Mischief – Watson Avenue, 100 Block; reported 10:13 am. The victim reported their residence has been egged twice over the past two nights.
Burglary – Liberty Street, 2100 Block; reported 1:30 pm. The victim reported a Sony receiver, valued at $100, was stolen from their residence. The suspects removed the deadbolt lock and entry was gained via the front door.
Burglary – Pilgrim Way; reported 3:41 pm. The calling person reported entry was made to a vacant property nearby. The point of entry was a broken first floor window. No proceeds were stolen.
Disturbance – Park Lane/Walnut Avenue; reported 10:36 pm. Officers arrested Jonathan L. Johnson, 18, of Trenton, on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction.
Theft of Automobile – Cedar Lane, 900 Block; a business; reported 10:47 am. The victim reported a 1999 green Dodge Minivan was rented and never returned.
Theft – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 5:01 pm. After a brief pursuit, officers arrested Patrick A. Harris, 21, of Trenton, on charges of shoplifting, resisting arrest and for possession of CDS. Harris was also wanted on Trenton warrants. Officers also arrested Taisha Mottley, 29, of Trenton, on warrants from Ewing and Trenton.
November 2
Burglary – Park Lane, 300 Block; reported 8:09 am. The victim reported a line trimmer, a leaf blower, DJ equipment and assorted tools were stolen from their garage over the weekend. The point of entry was determined to be a forced open side garage door.
Burglary to Automobile – Atkins Avenue; reported 8:19 am. The victim reported their automobile was entered overnight. A Magnum X1 hunting bow, 12 arrows and arrow heads, an engraved hunting knife, a buck knife, a pair of binoculars, a multi-tool and other hunting accessories, valued at $1,150, were reported stolen.
Burglary – South Broad Street, 5000 Block; reported 4:46 pm. The victim reported $3,090 in savings bonds, cash and change was stolen from their residence. Point of entry was determined to be an unlocked rear door.
Burglary Attempt – Murray Avenue, 100 Block; reported 5:49 pm. The victim reported pry marks and cracks on a window, but no entry was made.
Suspicious Vehicle – Sewell Avenue, 300 Block; White City Lake; reported 3:37 pm. Officers arrested Jessica A. Mutek, 21, of Hamilton and Christopher J. Leath, 22, of Trenton, for possession of CDS, paraphernalia and for being under the influence of CDS. Mutek was also charged with possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Hamilton Avenue/South Olden Avenue; occurred 4:16 pm. Officers arrested Jose A. Delgado, 27, of Trenton, on warrants from Newark and Jersey City.
Theft – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; a business; reported 10:05 am. The victim reported fraudulent charges were made on their debit card at this location, totaling $117.38.
Theft – Klockner Road, 2000 Block; a business; reported 2:21 pm. The victim reported the theft of two prescription scripts and a fraudulent transaction involving one.
November 1
Criminal Mischief – Argonne Avenue; reported 4:02 pm. The victim reported damage to a snow fence.
Criminal Mischief – John Paul Drive; reported 11:10 pm. The victim reported a rock was thrown through a front door window, breaking it and damaging a wall in the residence.
Suspicious Vehicle – Nottingham Way, 1700 Block; reported 5:20 pm. Officers arrested Isaac Lopez, 23, of Trenton, for providing false government documents.
Theft – Samuel Street, 400 Block; reported 6:45 pm. The victim reported the theft of scrap metal, valued at $80.
