Burglary – Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road, 1200 Block; reported 1:17 pm. Point of entry was determined to be a kicked in front door. The victim reported a flat panel RVC television, valued at $500, and a Compaq V200 laptop computer, valued at $800, were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Cedar Lane, 1200 Block; St. Mary’s Cemetery; reported 6:28 pm. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized while parked in the cemetery. A purse containing various forms of identification, insurance cards, credit cards and $80 in cash was reported stolen.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 400 Block; Kohl’s; reported 12:17 pm. Officers arrested Brandon K. Carter, 21, of Trenton. Carter was also wanted on Lawrence and Trenton warrants. Officers also arrested Darrimas A. Jones, Jr., 21, of Burlington City. Jones was also wanted on a Carneys Point warrant. Officers also arrested Brion G. McNeil, 19, of Trenton.
Suspicious Person – Liberty Street/Chambers Street; reported 10:05 pm. Officers arrested Alexander Piza, 21, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant.
Theft – Chambers Street, 1100 Block; a business; reported 10:26 am. The victim reported the theft of $10 worth of gas.
Theft – Elton Avenue; reported 1:15 pm. The victim reported the theft of seven landscaping lights.
Theft – Lalor Street, 400 Block; a business; reported 2:28 pm. The victim reported the theft of two commercial license plates.

Disturbance – Yardville-Hamilton Square Road, 2100 Block; reported 3:22 am. Officers arrested Norman J. Gryziewicz, Jr., 30, of Hamilton, for disorderly conduct.
Criminal Mischief – South Broad Street/Lavender Way; reported 10:39 am. The calling person reported fencing surrounding a PSEG station was cut.
Disturbance – Genesee Street, 1700 Block; reported 1:29 pm. Officers arrested Joshua Rivera, 21, of Hamilton, on a Trenton warrant.
Burglary – Lynwood Avenue, 200 Block; reported 2:03 pm. The victim reported two Playstation 3 consoles, six games and one Metro PCS cell phone was stolen from their residence. Point of entry was determined to be an unlocked rear window.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 100 Block; Shoprite; reported 5:39 pm. Officers arrested Susan L. Guthrie, 61, of Hamilton.
Theft – South Clinton Avenue, 2700 Block; Hamilton High School West; reported 10:41 am. The victim reported the theft of a silver Mongoose BMX style bicycle sometime over the weekend.
Theft – Greenwood Avenue, 1800 Block; reported 11:49 am. The victim reported the theft of three lawn chairs from the backyard.
Theft of Automobile – Lalor Street, 600 Block; reported 10:31 pm. The victim reported the theft of a 1998 grey Honda Civic, which was later recovered by Hamilton Police.
August 29
Burglary to Automobile – Sunnybrae Boulevard; reported 2:21 am. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized in the last few minutes. The point of entry was the front driver side door. Seven CDs, valued at $86, 24 rookie baseball cards, valued at $10, one fishing knife, valued at $8, and $1 in cash were reported stolen.
Burglary – Genesee Street, 1400 Block; reported 11:45 am. The calling person reported they heard loud noises coming from a nearby vacant home. Upon inspection, the rear door was found kicked in.
Criminal Mischief – Bunting Avenue, 100 Block; 6/11 field; reported 2:04 pm. The calling person reported graffiti damage to the home dugout of field one, to the visitor dugout of field two and to four light stands.
Burglary – Hamilton Avenue, 2300 Block; reported 7:00 pm. The victim reported a rock was thrown through their office window and the office was also ransacked. No proceeds were reported stolen at this time.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Nottingham Way/Greenwood Avenue; occurred 9:43 am. Officers arrested Hope D. White, 37, of Hamilton, on a Trenton warrant.
Theft – Kuser Road, 1800 Block; a business; reported 1:22 pm. The victim reported their yellow Kent Ambush 20” BMX style bicycle was stolen within the past few minutes. The suspect fled towards Royal Crest Apartments.
Theft – Sculptors Way; reported 6:46 pm. The victim reported the theft of their purse, containing a passport, medications and a cell phone.
Theft – Limewood Drive, 100 Block; reported 7:54 pm. The victim reported the theft of a gray leather workout bench from their garage area during the afternoon.
August 28
Disturbance – Reeger Avenue; reported 3:07 am. Officers arrested Edgar E. Lopez, 25, of Westville, New Jersey, for hindering apprehension. Lopez was wanted on warrants from Camden, Deptford Township, Gloucester City and Mansfield, New Jersey.
Burglary – Desiree Drive; reported 8:23 am. The victim reported their unlocked backyard shed was burglarized overnight. A red Cannondale R400 bicycle, valued at $1,100, was reported stolen.
Burglary – West McGalliard Avenue, 1800 Block; reported 9:38 am. The victim reported their unlocked garage was burglarized within the past week. A blue and grey Mongoose BMX style bicycle and a silver Razor scooter were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Samdin Boulevard, 200 Block; reported 12:54 pm. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized overnight. The driver side front window was broken and a Garmin GPS unit was reported stolen.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 400 Block; Kohl’s; reported 1:47 pm. Officers arrested Diane M. Ellis, 40, of Hamilton. Ellis was also wanted on Trenton and Flemington warrants. Officers also arrested Ricky J. Seip, 40, of Hamilton.
Suspicious Person – South Olden Avenue, 900 Block; reported 3:58 pm. Officers arrested Donnell Armstrong, 36, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant.
Theft – Stenton Court; reported 12:59 pm. The victim reported the theft of a tool box.
Theft – West McGalliard Avenue, 1700 Block; reported 6:45 pm. The victim reported the theft of a green Haro 20” Zippo BMX bicycle from the rear yard within the past two hours.

Burglary to Automobile – Tindall Avenue, 400 Block; reported 8:17 am. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized overnight. The driver side window was broken and a Garmin 3200 GPS was reported stolen.
Burglary – Hamilton Avenue, 2400 Block; reported 2:38 pm. The victim reported their garage was burglarized overnight. The point of entry was determined to be a side window. Two Australia surfboards, valued at $600 each, a pink Haro bicycle, valued at $400 and a blue BMX bicycle, valued at $600, were reported stolen. The victim also reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized and a black Tom Tom GPS unit, valued at $380, and $700 in cash were reported stolen.
DWI – South Clinton Avenue/Redwood Avenue; occurred 11:24 pm. Officers arrested Andre T. Pepper, 39, of Trenton.
DWI – Liberty Street/Hamilton Avenue; occurred 3:52 am. Officers arrested Luis A. Guaman, 37, of Trenton. Guaman was also wanted on a Hamilton warrant.
Suspicious Person – Lida Street/Borden Avenue; reported 7:05 pm. Officers arrested Kevin M. Breese, 21, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, for possession of CDS and paraphernalia.
Theft – South Broad Street/Rowan Avenue; reported 10:24 am. The calling person reported 10 steel dresser couplings were stolen from a materials pile at a job site overnight.
Theft – Marketplace Boulevard, 100 Block; a business; reported 11:26 am. The victim reported the theft of their wallet, valued at $125, from a restroom.
Theft of Automobile – Genesee Street, 1600 Block; reported 2:32 pm. The victim reported the theft of a 1995 black Honda Civic. The vehicle was later recovered by Trenton police.
August 26
Burglary to Auto – NJ Transit Train Station parking garage, 800 Sloan Ave.; occurred between 12:52 pm Wednesday and 6:17 am Thursday when someone entered an unlocked auto parked on the 6th level and took items from the trunk.
Burglary – Erman Court, Greenwood Village Apts.; occurred 12:45 pm when a neighbor hearing a knock on her door, observed two youths enter her apartment. The male suspects fled through a kitchen window when police arrived and were subsequently apprehended after jumping over a rear fence in their attempts to get away.
Shoplifters – KMART ,1061 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.; occurred 1:30 pm when two youths aged 10 and 15 years were apprehended in the lot while attempting to steal bicycles inside the store by fleeing through a fire exit door.
Theft – Recovered Stolen Property – Eckerd Drugs Store, 1901 Greenwood Ave.; occurred when the victim called police to report locating his previously reported stolen bicycle and the suspect riding it was in the store. Police apprehended Sean L. Morrison age 18 of Hamilton a short time later with the bike after he fled the scene.

MV stop - Greenwood & Atlantic Aves.; at 8:38 pm Steven J. Luciano, age 42 of Hamilton arrested for possession of CDS.
MV stop - So. Olden & Tuttle Aves.; at 11:16 pm Kevin O. Jones Jr., age 22 of Trenton arrested on a warrant, and a passenger age 17 arrested for possession of CDS.
August 25
Burglary to Auto – 200 block Atlantic Ave.; occurred between 8:00 pm Monday and 10:35 am Wednesday when an unlocked auto parked in a driveway was entered and loose change was taken from the center console.
Burglary to Auto – 3400 block East State St. Extension; occurred over night when a vehicle was entered and 3 dollars was taken.
Burglary to Auto – Berrel Ave.; occurred overnight when an unlocked auto was entered and interior was rummaged through.
Burglary – 3000 block So. Broad St., to a business, occurred to a work garage when discovery of the incident was made at 1:14 pm. Power generator and tools were taken.
Theft – Old Olden Avenue; to business, occurred overnight when a 62 inch riding lawnmower was taken from the back of a trailer.
Shoplifter – KMART, 1061 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.; occurred 5:36 pm when Matthew J. Foley age 21 of Hamilton was detained at the front door by officers after he was observed in the store opening and concealing store merchandise in his pockets by store security.
August 24
Burglary – 700 block East Brown St.; occurred between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm when entry was gained to the residence through an unlocked ground floor bedroom window. Unknown proceeds.
Burglary to Auto – 1500 block Elizabeth Ave.; occurred between 10:00 pm and 6:25 am when entry was made to an auto through an unlocked door while parked in the driveway. A GPS and wallet were taken.
Burglary to Auto - occurred between 12:01 am Friday, August 20 and 10:00 am Sunday, August 22 when a $6000 two toned gold Rolex watch was left inside the car between the driver’s seat and center console; the owner having driven to various locations during the time period while the watch was left in the car.
Burglary – 300 block Connecticut Ave.; occurred between 1:30 and 5:35 pm when entry was made to the residence by prying and removing a window using a 5 foot long flat edged garden tool left outside. Exit was through a locked door next to the window. Afterwards it was learned neighbors watched 3 teenaged youths breaking into the house during the incident but failed to call the police.
Burglary to Auto – 800 block Kuser Rd.; occurred between 11:15 pm and 6:00 am when entry was made through an unlocked passenger door. A Nintendo game and black purse were taken.
Graffiti – Kuser School, 70 Newkirk Ave.; fresh graffiti was reported on the sides of the school at 9:37 am.
Disturbance – 200 block Woodlawn Ave.; occurred 3:48 pm outside disturbance resulted in officers arresting Breion K. Sampson age 19 of Hamilton for active warrant.
August 23
Burglary to Autos – 100 block Toronita Avenue; occurred over the weekend. Vehicles were entered and ransacked when one had its rear window broken and the other was unlocked.
Burglary – 400 block Fenwood Ave.; occurred at 10:44 am when the resident returned home from the store to find her rear kitchen door had been forced open. She called the police immediately, unaware that the burglar was still inside the house upstairs. The burglar upon hearing the resident calling the police fled out the rear door.
Suspicious Persons – 400 block Wilfred Avenue; occurred 9:17 pm when two suspicious males led police officers on a foot pursuit through the neighborhood. Shalynn Richardson age 22 of Hamilton was apprehended and charged with various offenses. Warrant complaints were issued for his 24 year old accomplice’s arrest.
Graffiti – Sunnybrae Elementary School, 166 Elton Avenue; occurred over the weekend when letters, names, graphic symbols were spray painted on the building and trash dumpsters using red and black spray paint.
Shoplifter – KMART, 1061 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.; occurred 5:40 pm when Lorenzo Sache was observed by store security concealing store merchandise in a bag. Sache was apprehended in the store and taken into custody by officers.
MV Stop – Pitman Ave. / Cedar Ln.; occurred 5:12 pm. Officers arrested John J. Parziale age 37 of Trenton for an active warrant.
August 22
Burglary to Auto – Marlon Pond Rd.; occurred between Friday 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 pm when an unlocked vehicle was entered and a GPS was taken.
Burglary to Auto – 800 Sloan Avenue, NJ Transit Train Station parking garage; occurred between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm when a vehicle’s window was broken and the front bumper was removed from off the car and taken.
Burglary – 400 block Atlantic Ave.; occurred between 7:30 pm and 3:00 am. Entry was made by breaking a basement window with a brick. Stolen property was located in adjacent back yards near the fence.
Burglary – 1000 block Norway Ave.; occurred between 1:30 pm and 4:50 pm. Entry was made by cutting the screen and breaking a ground floor front window.
Graffiti – Kuser School, 70 Newkirk Avenue; occurred over the weekend at rear of school. MDR, L3K1 in white and black spray paint on trash dumpsters.
Shoplifter – KMART, 1061 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd; occurred 3:49 pm male suspect with scissors was observed cutting numerous CD’s from their packaging while female accomplice concealed them in her large purse. Both were detained.
Suspicious Persons – Mufflex, 2369 Nottingham Way; occurred 10:15 pm when two men were observed on side of the business taking exhaust systems and putting them into a pickup truck.
August 21
Theft – 100 block Edward Ave.; occurred overnight when a bicycle was taken from a rear enclosed screen porch. The locked door was entered by using physical force.
Burglary – 100 block Stenton Court, Lalor Gardens Apts. occurred sometime within the past week when the locked exterior entry door was damaged and the interior entry door was pried open breaking the lock.
Shoplifter – Rainbow Shop, 1700 Nottingham Way; occurred 6:26 pm when female suspect with blonde hair took pocketbooks and shoes fleeing from the store while dropping the merchandise.
Theft – Whitehorse Garden Apts, 60 Whitehorse Ave.; occurred overnight when an unsecured bicycle was taken from in front of the building.
Theft - by deception via internet scam; 300 block Tindall Avenue; occurred when the victim was contacted by a con artist using the victim’s e-mail address and posing as the victim’s known friend; to solicit money to be sent to her at a hotel in Spain via Western Union because she was stranded without funds to get back home as a result of being robbed.
Theft – 100 block of Caroline Ave.; occurred between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm when two planted rose bushes were taken from the front lawn.
August 20
Burglary to Autos – 10 Zachary Lane, Eagle Rock Apts.; occurred overnight when three unlocked cars were entered and various items taken.
Burglary – New Cedar Ln.; Occurred during past week when entry was made by breaking a basement window on side of the house. Electronics and 40 feet of copper pipe were taken. Exit was through front door.
MV Stop – Second Ave. and Whitehead Rd.; occurred 8:03 am. Officers arrested Aaron L. Carter age 31 of Trenton for active warrants.
MV Stop – Kuser Rd. and Miller Ave.; occurred 11:12 am. Officers arrested Victor Rossi age 55 of Hamilton for possession of CDS.
MV Stop – So. Clinton Ave. and Samdin Blvd.; occurred 1:21 pm. Officers arrested Arterio J. Williams age 26.
Shoplifter – KMART, 1061 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.; occurred 4:10 pm, officers arrested Ramon B. Ricks age 40 of Trenton also for numerous active warrants.
August 19
Burglary to Automobile – Wilfred Avenue, 200 Block; reported 3:08 am. The victim reported they observed two white males burglarizing their automobile. When confronted, the suspects fled, but not before stealing a cell phone charger. In a second incident on the 200 Block of Wilfred Avenue, reported at 4:08 am, the victim reported two pairs of Oakley sunglasses, valued at $170 each, were stolen from their burglarized automobile.
Burglary – Desiree Drive; reported 8:29 am. The victim reported their backyard shed was burglarized overnight and part of the fence was broken. A Raleigh SC30 men’s bicycle, valued at $225, was reported stolen.
Attempts – Quincy Avenue; reported 11:41 am. The victim reported a window screen was cut overnight.
Disturbance – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; Wendy’s; reported 2:40 pm. Officers arrested James M. Salava, 42, of Trenton, on charges of defiant trespass, criminal attempts, theft and possession of burglar’s tools.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Route 33/Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road; occurred 4:55 am. Officers arrested Robert P. Douglas, 26, of Hamilton, for possession of CDS and paraphernalia.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Lida Street/South Clinton Avenue; occurred 5:20 pm. Officers arrested David L. Melendez, 27, of Hamilton, on a Trenton warrant. Officers also arrested Elvin Toro, 49, of Trenton, for possession of CDS.
Suspicious Person – South Olden Avenue/Cedar Lane; reported 11:10 pm. Officers arrested Daniel W. Roberts, 27, of Hamilton, for possession of CDS.
Theft – Lenwood Court; reported 9:44 am. The victim reported the theft of a red Schwinn women’s bicycle, valued at $130, and a black Giant Cruiser, which was later recovered. A red Savannah women’s bicycle was left at the scene.

Criminal Mischief – South Clinton Avenue, 2700 Block; Hamilton High School West; reported 8:18 am. The calling person reported three exterior fire strobe lights were damaged.
Criminal Mischief – Tudor Drive; reported 5:29 pm. The victim reported their automobile was keyed at an unknown time.
Criminal Mischief – Kuser Road, 2200 Block; Veteran’s Park; reported 6:57 pm. The calling person reported graffiti damage in a men’s restroom.
Burglary – Fenwood Avenue, 200 Block; reported 7:10 pm. The victim reported their backyard shed was burglarized and a bicycle was stolen.
Criminal Mischief – Irvington Place, 300 Block; reported 8:15 pm. The victim reported their automobile was scratched and dented on a rear quarter-panel.
Burglary – Ray Dwier Drive; reported 8:59 pm. The victim reported they chased a white male out of their garage. The suspect fled with two bottles of wine, one of which was later recovered. A Trek mountain bicycle, blue and white in color, was recovered at the scene.
Theft – Greenwood Avenue, 1800 Block; reported 2:45 pm. The victim reported the past tense theft of a Toshiba laptop computer, valued at $1,500, from their residence.
Theft – Marshall Avenue; reported 8:43 pm. The victim reported the theft of a Playstation 3, valued at $238, a Playstation 3 headset, valued at $129.99, and a Playstation 3 controller, valued at $59.99.
August 17
Burglary – Park Lane, 300 Block; reported 1:49 pm. The victim reported five bicycles were stolen from a backyard shed at an unknown time. The point of entry was determined to be a side window. In a second incident at the residence, reported at 8:51 pm, the victim reported a green Huffy 20” mountain bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen from a backyard shed in the past few minutes.
Burglary – South Broad Street, 3400 Block; reported 2:04 pm. The victim reported upon returning to their residence they found the front door kicked in. At this time it is unknown what proceeds were stolen.
Burglary – Kuser Road, 1800 Block; reported 6:31 pm. The victim reported the front door of their residence was kicked in upon returning home. The residence was ransacked but it does not appear any proceeds were reported stolen.
Criminal Mischief – Hutchinson Street, 400 Block; reported 7:14 pm. The victim reported a glass pane on their front door was broken.
Burglary to Automobile – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; Independence Mall; reported 11:58 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized. A black leather wallet containing the victim’s driver’s license, social security card and keys were reported stolen.
Suspicious Person – Greenwood Avenue/Lynwood Avenue; reported 9:14 pm. Officers arrested Alton A. Finney, of Trenton, on Trenton warrants. Finney was also charged with hindering apprehension.

Burglary to Automobile – Versailles Court; reported 2:34 am. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized through the open driver side window. A Pioneer car stereo, valued at $200, was reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – South Hill Drive; reported 7:30 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A Tom Tom GPS unit was reported stolen. In a second incident, reported at 8:03 am, an unknown amount of loose change was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Burglary to Automobile – Crosswicks Court; reported 9:35 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A Garmin C580 GPS unit was reported stolen. In a second incident, reported at 11:41 am, the victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A Garmin Nuvi GPS unit, assorted store cards, a cell phone charger and an iPod charger were reported stolen.

Shoplifter – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 5:15 pm. Officers arrested Alberto F. Hernandez, 54, of Trenton. Hernandez was also wanted on a Trenton warrant.

Burglary to Automobile – Wilfred Avenue, 200 Block; reported 1:51 am. The victim reported a Panasonic face plate, valued at $200, was stolen. Additionally, the driver side mirror was also damaged.
Criminal Mischief – New Cedar Lane; reported 8:54 am. The victim reported two of their automobiles had windows broken overnight.
Burglary to Automobile – Van Kannel Avenue/Woodside Avenue; reported 12:49 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile, parked curbside, was involved in a hit and run automobile accident and a burglary. Prescription glasses and two CDs were reported stolen.
Disturbance – Hauser Avenue, 200 Block; reported 4:42 pm. Officers arrested Deandre D. Farrell aka Dontae Harris, 29, of Hamilton, on a Trenton warrant.

Burglary – Chambers Street, 1300 Block; reported 12:49 am. The victim reported sometime in the past twelve hours their residence was burglarized. The point of entry was determined to be a ground floor window. A gold chain, gold earrings, a Nintendo DS and $969 in cash were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Berrel Avenue; reported 1:31 am and 2:22 am. Officers, after a brief pursuit, arrested Dean S. Stout, Jr., 19, of Hamilton, in connection with two automobile burglaries.
Criminal Mischief – New Cedar Lane; reported 1:37 pm. The victim reported a rock was thrown through their driver side front window.
Criminal Mischief – New Cedar Lane/Schiller Avenue; reported 10:48 pm. The victim reported while driving the passenger side front window of their automobile was smashed out by an unknown object.

Burglary – East State Street, 1600 Block; reported 12:45 am. The victim reported upon returning home, their front door was kicked in. A LCD TV was reported stolen.

Kuser Road, 700 Block; reported 2:10 pm. The victim reported a past tense burglary. The point of entry was determined to be the front door. Four gold picture frames, four lead crystal candle holders, four lady’s blouses and two dresses were reported stolen. The victim also reported the hood and trunk of their automobile were scratched.
Burglary to Automobile – Rolling Lane; reported 4:36 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A Garmin GPS, a pair of sunglasses and an iPod adapter were reported stolen.
Burglary – Christine Avenue; reported 5:25 pm. The victim reported their unlocked backyard shed was burglarized at an unknown time. Two boy’s BMX style bicycles were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Quakerbridge Road, 3100 Block; a business; reported 5:33 pm. The victim reported prescription medication was stolen from their unlocked automobile. The victim, Daniel Todaro, 32, of Bordentown, was coincidentally arrested for being wanted on warrants.
Disturbance – Victor Avenue; reported 11:23 pm. Officers arrested Tylisma A. Moore, 35, of Hamilton, on charges of interfering with a police officer. Officers also arrested Jamar M. Jones, 28, of Hamilton, on charges of resisting arrest and obstruction.
August 12
Criminal Mischief – Cedar Lane/Woolsey Street; reported 11:28 am. The victim reported damage to a grave site.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Liberty Street/Woolsey Street; occurred 5:55 pm. Officers arrested, after a brief pursuit, Jonathan M. Bascio, 20, of Trenton, on Seaside Heights and Trenton warrants. Bascio was also charged with hindering, resisting arrest by flight and underage possession of alcohol.
Shoplifter – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 8:00 pm. Officers arrested Diane M. Ellis aka Tammy L. Rossi, 40, of Hamilton. Ellis was also wanted on warrants from Hamilton and Camden.
Robbery – Pope Avenue; reported 8:34 pm. The victims reported they were pushed off their bicycles by two Hispanic males that fled towards Trenton. The bicycles were both Haro BMX style, one black and one white.
Suspicious Person – Liberty Street/Chambers Street; reported 10:18 pm. Officers arrested Jose Rodriguez, 28, of Trenton, on hindering apprehension charges.
Theft of Automobile – Bergen Street; reported 6:50 am. The victim reported the theft of a 1995 white Acura Integra overnight. The vehicle was later recovered in Trenton, missing a radio and both front seats.
Theft – Leuckel Avenue, 600 Block; reported 2:22 pm. The victim reported the theft of a blue Hard Rock mountain bicycle, sometime in the past week.
Theft – Genesee Street/East Park Avenue; reported 9:39 pm. The victim reported they were scammed out of their Sidekick LX cell phone by a motorist pretending to be stranded.

Suspicious Person – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road/Fenwood Avenue; reported 7:01 am. Officers arrested Brent Nalbone, 30, who was wanted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
Motor Vehicle Stop – South Broad Street/Mary Street; occurred 6:54 pm. Officers arrested Ana S. Jaquez, 33, of Trenton, on West Windsor and Trenton warrants. Officers also arrested Alberto Hernandez, 54, of Trenton, on Trenton warrants.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Connecticut Avenue/Greenwood Avenue; occurred 9:44 pm. Officers arrested Davee Dowdell, 18, of Trenton, for possession of CDS.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Greenwood Avenue/Woodlawn Avenue; occurred 10:16 pm. Officers arrested Barry R. Bersch, 40, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, on a Trenton warrant and for possession of CDS.
Suspicious Person – Chambers Street/East Howell Street; reported 11:41 pm. Officers arrested Thomas L. Lewis, 38, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant and for hindering.
Theft – Marketplace Boulevard, 300 Block; a business; reported 8:05 am. The calling person reported the theft of a steel water pipe, valued at $700, from a construction trailer.
Theft – Estates Boulevard, 700 Block; reported 1:32 pm. The victim reported the overnight theft of their 1940 Schwinn Collegiate 26 inch five speed yellow bicycle. The bicycle was stored unsecured on a front patio.
Theft – East Howell Street, 900 Block; reported 3:19 pm. The victim reported the theft of four wicker chairs, valued at $30 each.
August 10
Burglary – Yardville-Hamilton Square Road, 600 Block; reported 11:18 am. The victim reported the past tense burglary of their residence. No further information was given at this time.
Burglary to Automobile – Edmund Street; reported 2:37 pm. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized at an unknown time. A men’s wallet, New Jersey driver’s license, two insurance cards and assorted personal papers were reported stolen.
Burglary – Fenwood Avenue, 200 Block; reported 4:31 pm. The victim reported their locked backyard shed was pried open and an Eastern Paydirt boy’s 20 inch BMX bicycle, valued at $270, was stolen.
Graffiti – Elton Avenue, 100 Block; Sunnybrae School; reported 8:12 am. The calling person reported graffiti damage on a rear school wall, red metal storage unit and a green dumpster.
Suspicious Person – South Broad Street/Churchill Avenue; reported 3:27 pm. Officers arrested Gabriel Lopez, 22, of Hamilton, in connection with several local robberies.
Suspicious Person – Norman Court/Dead End; reported 9:46 pm. After a brief pursuit, officers arrested Jerome M. Morris, 30, of Hamilton, on obstruction charges.
Robbery – Greenwood Avenue/Massachusetts Avenue; reported 11:25 pm. The victim reported they were beaten up by four black males in their late teens/early twenties. The suspects fled with the victim’s keys and cell phone as well as some scrap metal.

Burglary – Berrel Avenue; reported 7:10 am. The victim reported their unlocked backyard shed was burglarized sometime in the past few days. A Haro boy’s 20 inch red bicycle was reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Atlantic Avenue, 300 Block; reported 8:55 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was found disheveled but no proceeds were reported stolen.
Burglary – Maddock Avenue, 200 Block; reported 2:27 pm. The victim reported sometime over the weekend their residence was burglarized. The point of entry was determined to be a first floor window. A black laptop, valued at $799, was reported stolen.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 400 Block; Kohl’s; reported 11:29 am. Officers arrested Krubo Johnson, 19, of Trenton. In a second incident, reported at 7:09 pm, officers arrested Alyssa N. Chambers, 18, and Kelly A. Otto, 18, both of Hamilton.
Shoplifter – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; Kmart; reported 3:52 pm. Officers arrested Risamar Aldea, 18, of Trenton and Elizabeth Gonzalez, 20, of Manville, New Jersey.
Theft – Route 130, 500 Block; a business; reported 11:00 am. The victim reported the theft of a control board for a rooftop HVAC unit. Wires were also cut.
Theft – Highland Avenue; reported 11:46 am. The victim reported the theft of $1,000 by a contractor who has failed to perform the contracted services.
Theft – Marketplace Boulevard, 300 Block; Michael’s Arts and Craft; reported 1:53 pm. The calling person reported a white female was attempting to make a fraudulent return. Officers arrested Donna Levonuk, 44, of Philadelphia.
August 8
Disturbance – Erman Court, 200 Block; reported 12:53 am. Officers arrested Richard A. Gore, 27, of Hamilton, on disorderly conduct charges.
Criminal Mischief – Cedar Lane/Newkirk Avenue; reported 3:36 pm. The caller reported damage to a grave site.
Graffiti – East Park Avenue; a business; reported 10:40 am. The victim reported the building was damaged with spray paint and markers.
Graffiti – Lakeside Boulevard; Gropp’s Lake Pier; reported 12:56 pm. The calling person reported a stone wall was damaged with green spray paint.
Shoplifter – Route 33, 200 Block; CVS Pharmacy; reported 4:10 pm. After a brief chase, officers arrested James C. Marks, 52, of Hamilton. Marks was also wanted on warrants from Hamilton, Lawrence and Ewing.
Suspicious Person – Nottingham Way/Wegner Avenue; reported 6:30 pm. Officers arrested Karl T. Heisler, 18, of Hamilton.
Motor Vehicle Stop – South Clinton Avenue/East Park Avenue; occurred 9:32 pm. Officers arrested Hilario Torres, 23, for hindering apprehension.
Theft – Lake Avenue, 300 Block; reported 5:35 pm. The victim reported a 50 pound tortoise was stolen from their yard overnight.
August 7
Burglary to Automobile – Martha Drive; reported 4:00 am. The victim reported they scared off two white males that were attempting to burglarize an automobile parked in the driveway. In a second incident on Martha Drive, reported at 2:24 pm, the victim reported a past tense burglary to their unlocked vehicle. Two black cell phone chargers, $6 in loose change and keys to an old business were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – California Avenue; reported 11:02 am. The victim reported two of their vehicles were rummaged through overnight but at this time it appears no items were stolen.
Robbery – Moffatt Avenue/Liberty Street; reported 6:33 am. The victim reported they were robbed of their mP3 player and $5 cash by a black male with braids and a red cap.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Cedar Lane/South Olden Avenue; occurred 11:11 am. Officers arrested Edward J. Pittman, Jr., 20, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant.
Suspicious Vehicle – Lamont Avenue; reported 9:34 pm. Officers arrested Michael J. Olschewski, 20, and Steven J. Melendez, 19, both of Hamilton.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Nottingham Way, 1200 Block; Farmingdale Park; occurred 10:50 pm. Officers arrested Timothy T. Siplin, 21, on charges of obstructing and resisting arrest.
Theft – Charles Way; reported 12:47 pm. The victim reported the theft of a red 26” Roadmaster men’s bicycle, valued at $150. The bicycle was locked to the front porch of the residence.
Theft – Whitehorse-Mercerville Road, 1000 Block; a business; reported 1:09 pm. The victim reported the theft of a black bi-fold wallet containing $1,400. The victim reported they left the wallet on a counter in the store and when they returned, it was gone.
August 6
Burglary to Automobile – Sylvan Avenue; reported 4:50 am. The victim reported they witnessed two black males burglarizing their automobile. Two boxes of pastries were reported stolen.
Suspicious Vehicle – East Park Avenue; reported 12:06 am. Officers arrested Michael Mason, 32, of Trenton, on hindering apprehension charges. Mason was wanted on warrants from Lawrence and Trenton.
DWI – Whitehorse Avenue/Arena Drive; occurred 3:12 am. Officers arrested Marco V. Mastroianni, 45, of Hamilton.
Shoplifter – Nottingham Way, 2000 Block; Red, White and Blue; reported 2:27 pm. Officers arrested Layla Ingwerson, 21, of Hamilton.
Suspicious Person – Crestpoint Drive/Kelly Court; reported 5:46 pm. Officers arrested Robert Cifelli, 39, of Hamilton, for disorderly conduct.
Shoplifter – Marketplace Boulevard, 100 Block; Shoprite; reported 7:54 pm. Officers arrested Edward J. Burnette, 58, of Burlington, New Jersey.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Route 156/Highway 130; occurred 8:25 pm. Officers arrested Devon J. Chatham, 27, and Kenneth M. D’Angelo, 27, both of Hamilton, for possession of CDS and paraphernalia.

Criminal Mischief – Macon Drive; multiple residences; reported 6:15 pm. Multiple mailboxes were damaged at an unknown time.

Burglary to Automobile – New Cedar Lane; reported 3:39 am. The victim reported a past tense burglary to their automobile. A Tom Tom GPS unit and a car charger were stolen and later recovered.
Burglary to Automobile – Atlantic Avenue, 700 Block; reported 6:50 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A Phillips navigational unit, valued at $400, and a Sony Explode 1,200 watt stereo system, valued at $700, were reported stolen.
Burglary – Henry Street, 100 Block; reported 2:01 pm. The victim reported a past tense burglary to their residence. A rear door was forced open and assorted jewelry, DVD players and DVDs were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – East Brown Street, 500 Block; reported 4:04 pm. The victim reported a wallet, which was later recovered, was stolen from their unlocked automobile. Officers later arrested Brian V. Andujar, 22, of Hamilton, in connection with the crime. Andujar was charged with burglary and theft.
Burglary to Automobile – Miller Avenue, 300 Block; reported 8:32 pm. The victim reported a past tense burglary to their unlocked automobile. A Tom Tom GPS unit, valued at $120, was reported stolen.
Suspicious Person – Hunt Avenue/Rennie Street; reported 5:30 pm. Officers arrested Jermaine S. Aubry, 37, of Hamilton. Aubry was a wanted person by the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office and was also charged with hindering apprehension.
Suspicious Person – Walnut Avenue/Connecticut Avenue; reported 7:04 pm. Officers arrested Rashay A. Mitchell, 22, of Trenton, on Trenton warrants and for hindering apprehension.

Burglary to Automobile – Fleetwood Drive; reported 10:15 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized sometime over the weekend. A black book bag containing personal papers and $7 in loose change were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Chester Avenue; reported 5:17 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A black backpack, an EZ Pass and a Sony portable DVD player were reported stolen.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Kuser Road/Whitehorse-Mercerville Road; occurred 2:04 am. Officers arrested Ryan P. Monaghan, 20, of Hamilton, on a Robbinsville warrant.
Suspicious Person – South Broad Street/Rennie Street; reported 8:04 pm. Officers arrested Donnell Armstrong, 36, of Trenton, on a Trenton warrant.
Suspicious Person – South Broad Street/Harrison Avenue; reported 8:05 pm. Officers arrested Anthony Mancuso, 18, of Hamilton, on warrants from Robbinsville, Ewing, East Windsor and Chesterfield, New Jersey.

Theft – Rennie Street, 300 Block; reported 9:41 am. The victim reported the past tense theft of $600 worth of Lenox from their residence. The items were later recovered at an area pawn shop.
Theft – South Broad Street, 2600 Block; a business; reported 6:23 pm. The victim reported the theft of a black BMX Verde Style bicycle. The bicycle was later recovered and the suspects were apprehended.

Burglary to Automobile – Sculptors Way; reported 3:43 pm. The victim reported their automobile was burglarized within the past half hour. A passenger side window was broken and a Tom Tom GPS unit, valued at $200, was reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Beal Street; reported 7:41 pm. The victim reported their automobile was ransacked but no proceeds were reported stolen at this time.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Lalor Street/Marshall Avenue; occurred 5:52 pm. Officers arrested Kenneth G. Schraeder, Jr., 24, of Ewing, for possession of CDS.
Motor Vehicle Stop – Hamilton Avenue/Pope Avenue; occurred 6:31 pm. Officers arrested Temima Bell, 25, of Trenton, on Florence and Hamilton warrants.
Theft – Route 33, 2000 Block; a business; reported 1:05 am. The victim reported the theft a black leather bi-fold wallet containing cash and identification.
Theft – Clover Avenue, 200 Block; reported 11:50 am. The victim reported the theft of a Kodak EZ Share digital camera.
Theft of Automobile – Kensington Way; reported 1:35 pm. The victim reported the theft of a 2008 brown Chevrolet Impala.
Theft – Route 33, 900 Block; a business; reported 5:56 pm. The victim reported $1,875 was stolen from their bank account.

Burglary to Automobile – Connecticut Avenue, 200 Block; reported 8:19 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A handicapped placard along with the automobile’s registration, insurance and owner’s manual were all reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Kuser Road, 600 Block; reported 11:47 am. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. A GPS unit, CDs and DVDs were reported stolen.
Burglary to Automobile – Massachusetts Avenue, 300 Block; reported 1:16 pm. The victim reported their unlocked automobile was burglarized overnight. Six WIC checks were reported stolen.
Shoplifter – South Broad Street, 2400 Block; Superfresh; reported 1:31 pm. Officers arrested Susan Schemmer, 44, of Hamilton and Christine Beebe, 28.
