Learn traditional Shaolin kung fu from Grandmaster Sifu Bonifacio Lim. Sifu Lim teaches Ngo Cho Kun (Five Ancestor Fist), a southern Shaolin martial art. Classes increase discipline, health, awareness and confidence. Ngo Cho Kun develops internal chi, as well as external strength and speed. All skill levels are welcome.

Sifu Lim is the highest ranking Grandmaster of Ngo Cho Kun in the United States (9th dan). He was an "indoor" disciple of Sifu Tan Ka Hong, and is one of the few "Ten Tigers of Ngo Cho Kun" still actively teaching.

Classes are held every Tuesday, 4:30-5:30 PM and Saturday, 11:00-12:00 PM.
