Jazz guitarist Dick Gratton brings his unique style to the Chambers Walk Cafe at 2667 Main Street in Lawrenceville NJ every Friday evening. As a staple on the Central New Jersey music scene, Gratton brings an inspired mixture of colorful arrangements with recognizable melodies. Gratton plays a diverse set of music from jazz standards to Broadway show tunes to 60's pop.

Dick Gratton started performing in high school and shortly thereafter joined a group in 1957 working New Jersey night club in the Trenton area and Atlantic City. Self taught on guitar and bass, Dick has worked with recording artists including Philadelphia vocalist Suzanne Cloud, saxophonists Richie Cole and Denis DiBlasio and the late great jazz guitarist Tal Farlow. In addition to area clubs, Dick has performed in concert at the Trenton NJ Mill Hill Playhouse and the New Jersey State Museum, played at many of Trenton’s official functions such as press conferences, annual Trenton Preservation Awards ceremonies and Heritage Days Festivals and played in a six piece jazz group at the opening of the 1998 Trenton Jazz Festival at Waterfront Park in Trenton NJ. Performing at many clubs between New England and Delaware, Dick has been working solo for the most part since 1999.
